Yesterday I stumbled across a Facebook post that said "the task ahead of you is never as great as the Power behind you" and I love it, and God's sense of timing.
This week I had a meeting with my graduate advisor and he laid out what I needed to do to achieve my dreams. It is "Be Perfect" and if that does not happen, have a back up plan. How do you have a backup plan for your dreams? How do you have a perfect graduate school GPA? Undeniably being perfect is a huge task.
As I offered a prayer about this, and then googled it to make it a post myself, I came across multiple verses to describe this Ralph Waldo Emerson quote. The best one: "...if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, nothing will be impossible for you (Matthew 17:20)". For me "nothing" could be two things, the dream, or making the backup plan. Relying on God to be the Force and Power within me to accomplish these tasks, is my own personal challenge and commitment this week. How will you rely on Him?
